Sarah Neff

Sarah received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern in the state of Texas under the supervision of Jeremy Ezell, LPC-S. As a counselor Sarah’s desire is to journey alongside people to listen, understand, and provide opportunities for growth and positive change. She believes every person deserves a chance at a healthy, whole life and it is her goal to facilitate that for those who have lost hope in their healing. Sarah is deeply passionate about recovery and education around mental health. She believes that meaningful work requires passion, flexibility, genuine care, partnership with her clients and honesty. Prior to beginning a career in mental health, Sarah worked as a full time Director at Camp Ozark out of Houston, and loves finding ways to integrate the outdoors with healing. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, reading, walking Town Lake, and relaxing with her husband

Derek Durst

Derek is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern in the State of Texas under the supervision of Jeremy Ezell, LPC-S. He is currently employed with Integral Care and works in a crisis residential setting providing care to individuals facing challenges in mental health and substance abuse. Derek has a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of science in Interdisciplinary Child Development and Learning with a Texas teacher’s certification to teach early childhood through the 4th grade.  Prior to becoming a counselor, he was an elementary school teacher for six years.  His experience in the classroom and interaction between children, parents, and families provided him with the gateway to pursue a career in counseling.
